Herbal Tinctures 
Herb tinctures are often more desirable to capsules because the potency allows you to take a fraction of the amount to receive the required potency. Generally, tinctures can be used once a day as opposed to capsules that you can take up to three times daily, depending on the herb.
All tinctures are made using 100 proof alcohol. Upon request, I can prepare alcohol-free tinctures using vinegar or glycerine. I do not stock the non-alcohol tinctures because they have a shelf life of only one year, and I want you to have the freshest product possible. The tincturing process takes three weeks. For glycerine tinctures add $2.00 to the cost below.
For an average person using the tincture at the recommended maintenence dosage, bottles will last for approximately one month per ounce.
