All of the following herbs are currently available from Mariahs Mountain Herbs. If you would like an herb that is not available please contact me and I will get it ordered and prepared for you. Some of these fact sheets contain dosage information. The dosages are based upon the average person using the herb for an average ailment. If you are over/under weight, highly sensitive, are experiencing anxiety or depression, or for any other reason do not consider yourself or your symptoms to be 'average', please consult me for dosages that will better suit your situation.
