RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Mariah's Mountain Herbs, please return the unused portion with a detailed description of the problem. A cash refund will only be issued for product defects that are the fault of Mariah's Mountain Herbs. If you are returning the product for any other reason; you changed your mind, don't like the taste/smell etc. you may exchange it for something else, or receive a Mariah's Mountain Herbs store credit redeemable on your next order.
RESTOCKING FEE
Do to the nature of my product, I do not charge a restocking fee, as I do not resell returned items.

SHIPPING:
Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours of payment reciept (excluding special order tinctures, which require 3 weeks to prepare). Orders made after 3pm Friday and orders made on weekends will be shipped the following Monday.
An e-mail containing tracking information will be sent to you once your package(s) have been shipped.
BACK ORDERS:
I make every attempt to only list items on my website that are in stock and ship-ready, however, I do experience unexpected demand for a certain product from time to time and may run into a shortage issue. If this happens, I will notify you via email with an expected delivery date and you can decide if you would like to wait for the product or remove it from your order. If you chose to wait for the product, all other items on your order will ship within 48 hours and Mariah's Mountain Herbs will cover the cost of shipping the backordered item(s).
