Feverfew

Used for centuries to treat and prevent headaches.  Also used successfully for coughs and wheezing.  This is one of those 'not for sipping' teas, as it is very bitter and is best used as a strong decoction an drank quickly.

Ginkgo Biloba

A beneficial tea with a woodsy taste to it.  Aside from the well known benefit that it has on the memory, Ginkgo teas have been used to lower cholesterol and aid blood circulation.

Heartburn Relief Tea

peppermint, chamomile, dandelion leaf, licorice root, slippery elm, fennel seed and catnip.  Drink a cup several times per week to prevent heartburn flareups, or to ease the pain of heartburn.

Licorice Root

Not to be confused with black licorice, licorice root tea is actual licorice root (glychyrrize glabra).  It is an extremely sweet tea that is great for sore throats.  Should not be used if you are pregnant or have high blood pressure.

More of a decoction than a tea, Pau D'Arco bark has long been used to treat yeast and candida infections of all kinds.  Most people use Pau D'Arco as a loose leaf tea rather than in bags.  Can be used as a drink, or as a mouthwash for oral yeast infections.
